Greetings!

Thanksgiving is the beginning of the holiday season and my favorite season of the year, marked by the gathering of family and friends, sharing delicious food, and remembering how blessed we are. I have been so blessed this past year with all the new relationships established and old ones that have deepened. I thank you all for trusting Staged Interior with your listings and properties. Many of my professional relationships have turned into real friendships. That is a joy for me and I pray that will continue into the future as Staged Interior continues to grow and improve. Each one of you is valuable to me and I honor you by always striving to bring high quality and excellent results to every project in which we partner. I also want to thank my awesome team of Accredited Staging Professionals (ASPs) who have worked so hard with me this year. It is your team spirit and efforts that have helped us continue our successful track record of selling homes faster and for more money.

Family We will have fourteen precious people at our home on Thanksgiving, no small feat when you consider our house is chock full of staging inventory and is more like a warehouse than a home! I really need to stage to live in my own house! I'm grateful that it is room in our hearts not our homes that welcomes our loved ones at this season of the year. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Trish

BTW, taken a few days ago, here is the family picture from the 6th birthday celebration for my grandson Jake. With uncertain market conditions many homes are currently offered both for sale and for lease. Such was the case for a homeowner in Fairfax, whose house had been on the market for almost 5 months for sale and 4 months for lease. The home owner called us to have her house staged so that they could move into her family's new home sooner. After the initial consultation the owners moved to the new house leaving larger furniture pieces as specified by Trish to be used in staging. Literally a month after the house was staged by our staging team, this beautiful home in Fairfax had the tenants moved in. The seller, Laura Forster, says:
"We hired Staged Interior to stage our old home so we could move into our new home more quickly. We could not be happier. Trish and her team were highly professional, gave great advice, and were very responsive. Our old house looked great staged. Within four weeks, we were able to rent our home. And, with just a few days notice, they promptly destaged the house so we could get it ready for our tenants. Thanks Trish, Young and team!"
We are thankful for the opportunity to stage a home so that the homeowners could move into their new home sooner and a military family, new to our area, was able to settle into their home and be ready for their new life in this area.

This year we were blessed to work with a Re/Max Allegiance-Kingstowne agent, Tamara Inzunza, in at least three of her listings. As an ASP Realtor herself she understands the major role ASP staging plays in the real estate industry and she values the benefits of working with a team of ASP staging professionals so that she can devote her efforts to serving her clients as a Realtor.

One of the houses on which we worked together was a beautiful 8-year old end unit townhouse in Woodbridge that had been on the market on and off since May of 2006 - Yes, you read it right, May 2006. After the initial consultation with Trish, the owners de-cluttered and painted accent walls with Trish's success formula. Tamara's influence was key in the success of this project as she supported our staging enhancements to prepare the home for the day of staging and encouraged the home owners throughout the process. The owners simply trusted the professionals and, although skeptical at first, were blown away by the "WOW" factor created by our team. Most importantly, the house was sold in 28 days at its FULL PRICE.

It's great working with you, Tamara, and we look forward to many more successful projects!
