This single family home on almost an acre of land in Leesburg is near Whites Ferry and Leesburg Corner. The sellers, Rob and Melanie, knew that the near-daily news on real estate down turn coupled with winter season will prove it to be a tough time to sell a house unless they make their house stand out from all other houses on the market in the neighborhood. They called, we came, we staged, and the house is sold in little over 2 months in winter. Melanie already had a great knack for staging and working with her beautiful accessories was like shopping in our favorite stores. Rob and Melanie said:
"Just a quick note to let you know that we received a contract on our property last weekend. So, a little more than 2 months and we are on our way.
