6-MONTH OLD UPPER-BRACKET LISTING STAGED AND SOLD!
This beautifully appointed upper-bracket home in McLean built by Harris Custom Homes had been on the market for 6 months when the listing agent, Ross Richmond, of Little Falls Realty called to have the house staged. The builder and Ross had the key rooms painted to Trish's color specifications before the actual staging. Once our team staged, it took only 2 months for the house to be sold and settled.
The buyer, Herb Engert, originally viewed this house before it was staged, and his impression at that time was not favorable as he says:
"When we first viewed the home on Divine Street, we were not impressed. It was vacant and seemed too large and cold for our needs. We liked the property and the location and we knew the construction was high quality, but there was something missing, and it just didn't resonate with us.
