When Gunilla Heldt at Century 21 New Millennium got the listing of a withdrawn vacant single family home in Sterling, VA, it had been on the market for 8 months. Gunilla had already seen a house that was staged by Trish Kim at Staged Interior and she called to have her new listing staged. In a few weeks after the staging, this house was sold. Even though the house was vacant, the sellers left a lot of furniture pieces and we were able to use all of their furnishing to minimize accessory rental fees.
