We are excited to present our staged homes in the Washington DC Metro area using Google Map. The current markers are for the home staging projects in 2009 through 2011, and we will be adding all our staged homes going back to the beginning of our Home Staging Division. Since the launch of our Home Staging Division, we have Staged over 400 homes for a total list price in excess of $284 million - from a $140,000 condo to a $4.5 million estate. In the DC Metro area, of the properties we staged in January through September 2011 that went under contract:
- Our staged homes boast an average of 23 Days on Market as compared to general sales' average of 75 days.
- The average percentage of close price over ORIGINAL list price of our staged homes is 97.0% over other sales' 93.7%.
