Greetings!
Image of couple with Sold sign

Now that we are in the month of March, we see signs of life not only in nature but also in home sales activities. Homeowners and agents who staged their homes and listings are reaping the benefits of their staging investment. We are excited about sharing our February miracle stories, and we look forward to working with you to have your houses sold and to featuring your miracle stories in our next newsletter.

Featured this month is a condo in NW Washington DC that we staged last month. The sellers contacted us to have their one bedroom condo in NW Washington DC staged, concerned about the investment they would have to make to successfully stage their property. After talking with us, they decided to schedule an Initial Consultation appointment. At that meeting plans were made and we agreed on a time line for getting the property prepared for our staging team.

Please click the link below and follow the timeline and read the testimonials of this staging project. We at Staged Interior encourage you contact us and have your NEW listing staged before it goes live to have an edge in the current real estate market.

There’s nothing worse than a stale listing. How do you create excitement and traffic after a property has languished for months? First you hire a Realtor with pricing savvy like Gunilla Heldt at Century 21 New Millennium. Then call Staged Interior to use buyers’ eyes and transform drab and ordinary into warm and exciting. This detached townhome in Old Town Alexandria had been on the market for 7 months when Gunilla took the listing and had it staged by Trish. Voila! The house was sold in 19 days.

The staging was surely a great return on the investment and we appreciated the opportunity of working together with Gunilla and the sellers to have the old listing sold. We at Staged Interior encourage you contact us and have your OLD listings staged and have an edge in the current real estate market.

A home that has been properly Staged must also be presented to each potential buyer in the best light possible. The home showing instructions below will assist you in showing every home at its best.
