Housing MarketAs I write this newsletter I am almost popping with all the exciting news about our staged home sales. In addition to the 12 homes sold since the beginning of the New Year, I was just informed that a high-end home was sold a few hours ago. Two of the homes were sold in three days. When I am excited like this, can you imagine the party atmosphere for the sellers and their Realtors in this market? I am very blessed to be working with sellers and agents who know the value of staging their properties. I am also thankful for our team members who make great things happen.

As we celebrate the official beginning of spring, I can feel the staged home sales in the air. Please call us now to stage your house for sale this season. Remember, friends don't let friends sell the house without staging.

One of the homes that was staged and sold in One of the homes that was staged and sold in 3 days was the home listed by my Realtor friend Bev Tull at Re/Max Allegiance. An ASP Realtor herself, Bev and I spent about 5 hours staging this home. Little did I know that the coughing and the fever I experienced that day was just a beginning of bronchitis, which was followed by complete bed-rest for the next 7 days. Well, the bronchitis couldn't stop me staging a home to be sold in 3 days. I hope you understand I did not have a chance to take either before or after pictures, but you can see the virtual tour of Bev's listing.

Louise Molton at Weichert Realtors can honestly be crowned as the Queen of Poplar Drive as she has multiple listings on this street in the City of Falls Church. One of her houses we staged is this charming home that was built in the 40's. The 4000 sqft house was staged on Monday, 2/25 in the midst of the sellers having most of their belongings moved and the house cleaned. The house went live on MRIS on 2/26 with a Broker's Open, and Under Contract in 3 days on Friday at full price. The ASP Realtors who attended Louise's Broker's Open gave us high marks on staging when we met at the International Association of Home Staging Professionals chapter meeting, and they were not surprised to hear that this charmer had already been sold. We thank Louise for our continued partnership that brings results in staged home sales.
